We collaborated with SERGE LUTENS to introduce an innovative Retail Automated System, harnessing the power of RFID technology, an iPad application, and AI data analysis. This system is designed to offer customers personalized product recommendations and valuable data insights, enhancing their overall brand experience.
The Customer Experience Data Capture process involves a SERGE LUTENS beauty advisor assisting customers in selecting and testing the right products at the makeup table. As the tested products are placed on the table, the embedded RFID reader discreetly identifies them, showcasing the product details on the iPad app. Subsequently, the information on the tested products is conveniently sent to the customer via email or SMS.
All the captured data plays a pivotal role in fueling an AI-powered personalized recommendation system. This ensures that each customer receives tailored suggestions based on their preferences and testing history, creating a more engaging and customized shopping experience with SERGE LUTENS.
